Privacy Policy

1. Summary

MaxIPTV is a media player. The app does not create a user account, does not display advertising, and includes no tracking or analytics tools.

The information you enter (IPTV server link, credentials, favorites, history) is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to Kevmax SARL.

2. Information stored on your device

To function, the app stores locally on your device: the address (link) of the IPTV server you provide, your IPTV service username and password, your favorite channels and content, your viewing history and your preferences (language, parental control, etc.).

This information never leaves your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.

3. Information we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, or any advertising identifier.

We do not use cookies, audience analytics, or crash-reporting services that would transmit data to third parties.

4. Third-party services

IPTV provider: the content (channels, movies, series) is provided by the IPTV service whose link you enter. When you play content, the app connects directly to that third-party server. The processing of your data by that provider is governed by its own privacy policy.

The Movie Database (TMDB): to enrich the display (posters, summaries, cast), the app may query the TMDB API. These requests do not contain your personal information.

5. App permissions

The app uses Internet access to communicate with your IPTV server and retrieve content metadata. No sensitive permission (contacts, location, microphone, camera) is required for it to work.

6. Security

Because your credentials are stored locally, their security also depends on the security of your device. We recommend protecting your device with a passcode or biometric lock.

7. Data retention and deletion

Data is kept on your device for as long as the app is installed. To delete it, you can clear the app's data from your system settings, or uninstall the app. As no data is kept on our servers, no deletion request to us is necessary.

8. Children's privacy

MaxIPTV is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data about them. A parental control feature allows access to certain categories to be restricted.

9. Your rights

As we hold no personal data about you, exercising your rights of access, rectification or deletion is done directly on your device. For any question regarding your rights, you can contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Any change will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
