By downloading, installing or using MaxIPTV, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of the service

MaxIPTV is a media player that lets you play streams and content from a third-party IPTV service that you provide. The app does not provide, host, broadcast or sell any audiovisual content, channels or subscriptions.

To use the app, you must have your own IPTV subscription or service and enter the corresponding connection details.

3. Third-party content

All channels, movies, series and other content accessible through the app come from the IPTV provider whose link you enter. Kevmax SARL has no control over this content and is not responsible for it.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your provider and the content you access are legal in your jurisdiction, and that you have the necessary rights to access them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app in accordance with applicable laws and not to use it for any illegal purpose, including accessing protected content without authorization. Any unlawful use is your sole responsibility.

5. License

Kevmax SARL grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on your devices. You may not copy, modify, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works of the app, except as permitted by law.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its name, logo and interface are the property of Kevmax SARL and are protected by applicable laws. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all third-party IPTV services.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kevmax SARL shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, nor for content provided by third-party services.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue making the app available at any time, without notice.

10. Changes to the terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page. By continuing to use the app, you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the registered office of Kevmax SARL, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
